Greetings | Pastor's Bio | Vision | Associate Ministers
Rev. Justin Charles Kidd was born in Minneapolis, MN where he accepted the Lord at Bethesda Baptist church under the leadership of Pastor Arthur Agnew. Rev. Kidd served in the Sunday School Department, Deacon Ministry, and served as the youth director. The call of God upon his life was irresistible and in humble submission, he was licensed and ordained. He earned a bachelor of arts from North Central University and a Masters of Divinity from Bethel Seminary and is currently pursuing a Doctorate of Ministry.
As an associate minister, Rev. Kidd served as interim pastor at New Progressive Baptist Church in Minneapolis, MN the spring of 2005 for an internship. He also served as an instructor (New Testament) in the Minnesota State Baptist Convention.
Rev. Kidd was called to pastor the Antioch Missionary Baptist Church in January 2007 where he has implemented programs that include a Deacons and Trustees training program, the installation of a screen and projector for the advancement of Christian education, and a Children’s Church. Rev. Kidd has helped to provide education on the prevention of AIDS, hypertension, and many other diseases that target the local community. Recently, Antioch responded to the growing need for the Gospel through multi-media venues by installing a CD recorder and duplicator.
Rev. Kidd currently sits on the board for the American College Extension. He is the Moderator for the New Era District Association, the recording secretary for the Progressive National Baptist Convention Moderators Department, and serves as an instructor for both the Midwest Region of the Progressive National Baptist Church Convention and the MLK State Convention. He teaches (the Origin of Evil and Suffering) and (How to Read and Study the Bible).
